TRAINING THAT STICKS
I’m not your typical corporate trainer.
With over 15 years of experience in sales, training and management across multiple industries, I know what it takes to drive results, lead teams, and succeed in high-pressure environments. But I also know the reality—most managers are promoted for performance, not because they’ve been taught how to truly lead people. That’s where I come in.
I bring a unique blend of corporate expertise, a degree in Psychology, and ongoing graduate work in Counseling to every workshop I lead. My approach goes deeper than checklists and management formulas. I help leaders discover their innate skills, traits, and talents—and build unshakable confidence in their ability to lead authentically.
I’ve trained new hires, developed sales managers, and coached emerging leaders to rise beyond management into vision-driven leadership. My workshops are immersive, interactive, and transformational, equipping leaders with practical tools they can use immediately, while also reshaping how they see themselves and their teams.
Companies hire me because I don’t just deliver training.
I deliver leaders who inspire loyalty, create culture, and drive lasting growth.
Using proven theories I tap into your leaders natural strengths and personal traits as the foundation for leadership, I Illuminate their true essence of leadership and affirm goals.
Backed with research and psychology, I teach leaders their own unique style and how to use it effectively, instead of trying to fit a mold.
Leaders will practice tools for communication, feedback, and conflict resolution that honor both self and team.
Leaders learn how to influence, inspire, and set boundaries without losing authenticity.
I provide techniques to manage stress and anxiety through coaching and mindfulness techniques. We will work together to identify stress triggers and develop coping strategies to help achieve a balanced and purpose driven career path.
Leaders will develop the ability to see beyond tasks, set direction, and build a culture people want to be part of.
